Our philosophy is based on a simple and universal principle of reciprocity. We view and evaluate our achievements through this very lens.
Our philosophy is based on a simple and universal principle of reciprocity. We view and evaluate our achievements through this very lens.
We believe in receiving in order to give back. That is why we support individuals, schools, and children’s homes, and actively engage in social and charitable initiatives.
At MCG Logistics, corporate social responsibility is at the core of our operations. We support regional cultural, social, environmental, and sporting initiatives, actively contributing to the local community and promoting the sustainable development of the region.

Bartosz Zmarzlik’s sports achievements include, among others:
tradition and unique atmosphere of sporting events
Stal Gorzów Wielkopolski Sports Club is mainly associated with speedway traditions. The history of speedway in Gorzów dates back to late 1945, when first motorcycle and then street rallies took place, later followed by oval track racing. MCG Logistics supports the club financially and is involved in many initiatives carried out by the local community (marathon races, trips).
For over a dozen years, we have been supporting Olimpia Sulęcin – continuously since 2004 at the central level of competition.
Without a doubt, it is one of the most popular sports clubs in the region, not only achieving sporting success but, above all, providing excitement and bringing the local community together.
“Hands for Mirek” was the title of a charity concert organised to raise funds for buying prosthetic hands for Mirek Nadobnik, who was born limbless. We were happy to take part in that initiative and fund one prosthetic limb. We also acquired a race suit from Bartosz Zmarzlik, Individual Speedway Junior Champion, and donated it for a charity auction.
As part of our CSR efforts, we organised the event “Road safety: pedestrian and driver awareness”. Our partners included the General Police Headquarters, Fire Service and ITD (counterpart of the German BAG), and the event had the patronage of national television and the Swiss Fund. We tried to draw the attention of drivers, their families and the local community to the road hazards they should be aware of. In controlled conditions, we staged road events such as emergency braking on a wet surface, sudden driving around an obstacle ending in a skid, and a collision of a truck with a passenger car. Visitors were quite interested in checking out a reaction time trainer and a simulator that demonstrated roll overs, collisions and eco-driving.
For us, safety is not only a daily responsibility in transport and logistics, but also about education and building awareness among road users.
By taking care of the safety of our drivers and entrusted cargo, we regularly invest in development and training. At the same time, we engage in initiatives aimed at the local community, promoting safe and responsible behavior on the road.
One such project was the Safety Town we organized, which attracted great interest from residents and event participants. Thanks to dedicated educational zones and the support of professional instructors, participants were able to expand their knowledge of safety in a practical and accessible way.
During the event, topics included eco-driving, proper use of child car seats, safe transport of bicycles, and the importance of reflective elements. Participants also had the opportunity to practice first aid techniques and learn how an automated external defibrillator (AED) works.
We believe that business should have a real impact on the community around us, which is why we have been involved in social and charitable activities for years, supporting Szlachetna Paczka.
This initiative reaches families in difficult life situations, providing them not only with material support but also with a sense of care, recognition, and hope for change.
As a partner of the project, we support organizational activities as well as local initiatives carried out within Szlachetna Paczka. We particularly value the idea of thoughtful and responsible assistance, based on real needs and the commitment of volunteers.
For several years, we have also been providing logistical support for the campaign’s finale by making a vehicle with a driver available to volunteers. Thanks to this, it is possible to efficiently deliver prepared packages to the families in need.
